all three of the #ttrpg I'm in are simultaneously on hold. for a very good real life reason but still... a couple of weeks with no game and I'm really missing it

now attempting to get another one going in order to "get my fix" lol. scrawled some notes and made this map at the weekend with #inkarnate

it's kind of a mash-up of Curse of Strahd, Durlag's Tower and BG3 act 2, but what homebrew game isn't a loving rip-off of other stuff? :)

I may have gotten a bit overboard with my physical geography here. Limestone mountain formation to the north, more usual mountains to the south, a glacier in between. Mountains are partially snow covered. I think the glacier looks pretty correct.
Enough of the geo-geekery. Making a scale bar with is now much easier thanks to the new line drawing tools.

6th and last of the maps from Bugbear Awakening published on (inkarnate.com/m/dw9GvG-glaurac).
This is Glaurachyndaar, or Myth Glaurach, a ruined elven city located in the Nether Mountains. Although it protected by a mythal, it was overrun by orcs. Later it was inhabited by an army of demon-elves (or fey'ri) only to be soon abandoned again.
The city was built on a hill, consisting of 3 concentric circles with the Tower of the High Mage at its center.
