@naldela_teleyal I don't think the Mastodon server is interested in this at all.

@Tealk Not, when only 1 does. On big instances, with many images, videos, sounds, ... it could save many GB up to TB disk space, what reduces costs.

I'm not sure that this will be deleted directly from memory.
Besides, that's what the servers are designed to do.
