If you're running a single-person Fediverse server, it might seem weird to publish rules for your server as you're the only person on there. However, it's still a good idea to publish server rules!
Admins of other servers may be trying to decide if they should federate with you, and published rules help them do that. (This is especially true of admins that use allowlists to decide federation.)
